100% Jamaican Black Castor Oil

To use as a Castor Oil Pack, remove the release paper from the included patch. Apply 2 tbsp of castor oil to the center of the patch and apply to the desired area of the body. Please note, the oil may stain so wear appropriate garments and protect bedding or anything you will come into contact with.

For Menstrual Cramps, apply the patch to the lower abdomen area and cover with a heating pad for 30-60 minutes. Or massage the oil over the lower abdomen.

For Constipation and Bloating, apply the patch to the lower abdomen area and cover with a heating pad for 1 hour. Repeat for 3 days.

For Liver Detoxification, apply the patch to the right side of your abdomen just below the rib cage for 15 minutes - 1 hour. You may also apply a heating pad.

For Lymphatic Drainage, gently tap the lymph nodes and apply the patch to the abdomen area and leave on overnight. Or apply oil to lymph nodes and use a dry brush to massage in upward strokes, toward the heart.

For Joint Pain & Inflammation, apply the patch to the affected area or massage the oil into the affected area.
